Verus Corporation is a network infrastructure management and IT strategic consulting company serving the Twin Cities and Greater Minnesota markets. The company is also an ISP and has its own data center in the Twin Cities.
Verus was started in October 2002 by Jamison Masters, Scott Anderson and Kevin Willette, all veterans of Eschelon Telecom, which grew into one of the leading telecommunications providers in the country.
When the trio formed Verus, they quickly built a team of expert sales consultants, project managers, sales engineers, network engineers and programmers. Verus also became part of the WatchGuard Expert Secure Partner Program, Microsoft Certified Partner Program, and a Cisco Select Certified SMB.
In November 2007, the company opened its own data center. Today Verus provides outsourced network infrastructure management, IT strategic planning and consulting, data network integration and VoIP infrastructure, backup and disaster recovery, and remote network management using VerusGuard, the company's own network monitoring and management tool.
